Kailee is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for food. After one year at the University of Victoria, her interest in cooking led her to pursue professional training at Camosun College. This culinary experience, combined with her enthusiasm for science and human connection, set the stage for her degree in Food, Nutrition, and Health with a Dietetics Major from the University of British Columbia. Kailee completed her internship with Island Health in Victoria in 2012 and has been practicing here in a wide range of areas since, including nutrition through the lifespan, chronic disease management, diabetes/lifestyle management, and weight loss. Kailee understands that making lasting habit changes can be challenging. Her mission is to empower clients with practical tips, client-driven goal setting, and a focus on delicious food. By emphasizing these practical approaches, she helps clients embrace healthy changes that fit their lifestyles. In her spare time, Kailee enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, ultimate frisbee, and sharing good food with friends and family.
