Kaitlyn works from a client centred and trauma informed lens where she draws on Evidenced Based Therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
