How else can I help you?
I have a special interest in supporting people who experience vestibular challenges, such as dizziness or imbalance, and I love seeing the difference it makes when someone can regain their steadiness and confidence. As a mama myself, I’m also passionate about guiding expectant and new mothers through the physical changes of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. This season of life brings both challenges and joys, and I want to help birthing parents feel supported and empowered in their bodies as they care for their little ones.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active through running and rock climbing, and I have a passion for playing music and singing. Whether we’re outdoors exploring or just enjoying time together at home, I love spending time with my husband, our daughter, and our dog.
