Karen has a master's degree in counselling. Karen is accepting bookings for 16+ year old individuals and couples, both in person and online.

Karen brings with her a background in education and healthcare research. She supports people experiencing anxiety, depression, postpartum issues, and burnout. She has particular interests in ADHD, neurodivergence and cross-cultural issues.

Outside of Karen's professional life, she is passionate about integrating creative arts with self-expression and self-care. She is a lifelong musician, does lapidary work, and makes beaded jewelry.  She also loves the South Delta scenery during beach walks with her family.

Karen is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (Reg number 11263336) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
