Karen Cator
Life can bring changes and challenges. Over time, it can feel like something is inherently wrong with us, like we don’t belong, or that real change is out of reach. Many experience a feeling of losing their direction or purpose, and some get lost in a process where there are no clear answers. Although these feelings are natural, many of us feel stuck, wondering “What now?” As a Registered Therapist and someone who has walked that path myself, I can help you navigate (the often concurrent) challenges of changing relationships, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and changing roles.
