About Karla

Karla Holland graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC summer of 2022. Massage therapy as a career intrigues her because she never gets tired of meeting new people; and what better way than to meet people while helping them to have the best quality of life? Karla is a team player, and is eager to help people achieve their goals, and get back to the activities they love doing if pain is getting in the way. She is trained in performing joint mobilizations, Swedish massage, petrissage, sports massage, and a variety of other techniques to aid in tissue health and rehabilitation from injuries. She looks forward to helping people get stronger and improve their mind-body connection. Karla grew up in Victoria and is new to Vancouver, so please share your favourite activities to do in the city! Despite being a thrill seeker, some of her favorite hobbies include gardening, puzzles with her mom and sister with mochas by the fire, playing ultimate frisbee, sailing, swing dancing, and taking advantage of every opportunity for adventure.
