### HOW I WORK I ground my approach in the transformative power of human connection and relationships, working with individuals and couples. I serve as an active partner in your process in a blame-free, supportive and facilitative manner, leading the way and being direct where it is helpful. Thriving may not be for the faint of heart, but we can create the shift you desire by putting our heads and hearts together! Our wellbeing is influenced by how we relate to our experiences, to ourselves, and to others. Sometimes these struggles can be intensified by the context of our lives and the external systems around us. I work from an eclectic platform to help explore and overcome these difficulties, using a variety of approaches and tools to best suit each client’s personality, preferences, and goals. I believe that we are all resilient, resourceful, and fundamentally capable of easing personal and relational challenges in our lives. Given the right tools and support, we can always find our way through. --- I offer research-based relational approaches, strength-based and solution-focused therapies, somatic and mindfulness-based tools, CBT, DBT, ACT, as well as emotion/attachment-focused modalities — always with compassion and a sprinkling of humour!
