As the clinic director and owner, I am passionate about health and wellness. I have coached, treated, and advised at a professional level both myself and others. I now speak at high school, workplaces and events on the importance of having a STRONG MINDSET and overall health.

Currently taking clients as a Registered Massage Therapist and Health Coach. Over the years, I went through my own personal struggles of discomfort (barely walking, concussion and stress), and have come out of that to teach others how they can do the same. I am now also the creator of "GET ME STARTED" seminars, True Mentality Boot Camps, Health Fitness Mentoring High school Programs, and featured on the cover and in magazines across Canada as a health model.
The idea of The Clinic is to get people moving in the right direction of health. Taking their wellness into their own hands while getting the support of our practitioners.
