Kat graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in 2018 with honours. Her own journey through pain and injury has led her to experience the benefits that massage therapy can have on the body. Hoping to pay it forward, this led her to become an RMT so she can provide relief through therapeutic touch. She uses a combination of techniques such as Swedish massage, muscle energy technique, trigger point therapy, active or passive stretching, joint play and hydrotherapy.
In her down time, Kat enjoys being a mom and spending quality time with her family and friends by exploring new places and trying new activities together around Vancouver, the neighbouring islands and the coast.
Kat is fluent in English and Tagalog.

Extended Reflexology & Indian Head Massage with Nicole Geramita
Reflexology is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques . It is based on a pseudoscientific system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.
