About Katelynn
Katelynn is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who offers a compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative space for individuals, couples, and families. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, dissociation, burnout, relationship challenges, identity, and feeling stuck or disconnected.
Her approach is eclectic and relational, drawing from narrative therapy, EFT, somatic therapy, IFS, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, and art therapy. Katelynn also works from queer, feminist, multicultural, and social justice-informed perspectives, honouring the broader systems and lived experiences that shape each client’s mental health.
With a background in Creative Arts Therapies, Katelynn supports clients in reconnecting with their emotions, inner wisdom, and sense of empowerment. Her work is grounded in compassion, safety, and the belief that healing can unfold through connection, creativity, and deeper self-understanding.
