Katerina is a graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, holding an Associate’s degree in Health Science from Langara College. With a rich background as a former competitive dragon boat paddler, she brings a unique understanding of the human body and its mechanics. This experience enables her to effectively work with clients to alleviate pain, prevent injuries, and enhance overall function. Her approach to therapy is comprehensive, utilizing a blend of general Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, and joint mobilization techniques. Katerina is well-versed in treating a variety of conditions, including neurological disorders, muscle strains, sprains, dislocations, and pre/postnatal care. Her primary focus is on creating personalized therapy plans that cater to each client's individual needs, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. Katerina’s passion for health and wellness is evident not only in her professional work but also in her personal life. She has volunteered with St. John Ambulance and has experience in both pharmacy and hospital settings, demonstrating her commitment to holistic care. An avid paddler, runner, and hiker, Katerina also enjoys discovering new cafes. She values the importance of building connections with her clients, whether through meaningful conversations or the simple comfort of silence and relaxation.
