She has a love of the outdoors and likes trying new things. In her free time, she spends time with her children and pets, as well as volunteers for Pool Brats, an aquatic program for adults with a brain tumour. Her goal isn’t just to repair; she's here to help you embrace life confidently, regardless of your challenges or aspirations.

Needles are used to help release muscle tension that leads to pain, restricted range of motion and weakness. This treatment is available to those who have had an Initial Assessment for that body part in the past 6 months and discussed this with their Physiotherapist.

We will take a detailed history and perform a detailed physical exam. Once this is complete we will make sure you understand the nature of the problem and your treatment care plan.

For new patients or a new problem. We will take a detailed history and perform a physical exam. Once this is complete, you will understand the nature of the problem, as well as what treatments would be most beneficial, including home exercises, to aid in your recovery. This also includes your first treatment.
