Kathryn is excited to be working with a variety of clients with the goal of bringing each individual to a place of healing and wellness. She is passionate about listening to each client’s concerns and then catering their treatment to suit their individual needs. She works with a variety of techniques including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Relaxation. Because healing and wellness is an ongoing process, a homecare plan is also provided. On her time off you can usually find Kathryn outside enjoying the endless activities that Revelstoke has to offer.

This assisted stretching technique boosts mobility, athletic performance, and flexibility while reducing pain by easing restrictions along the fascial lines. During a 60 Min session we will focus on areas of restriction in the upper or lower body. FST is within the scope of Registered Massage Therapy and can be billed to extended health benefits.

FST is within the scope of Registered Massage Therapy and can be billed to extended health benefits.
