Kathy is a very passionate, empathetic and skilled massage therapist whose goals are to help improve the health and well-being of her patients. Her approach in treatment involves the use of evidence-based and analytical methods to identify the root cause of issues or concerns. Her treatment techniques are a blend of relaxation with targeted deep pressure in affected muscles and tendons. She also creates effective homecare plans with stretches and exercises that ensure long-term relief beyond hands-on treatment.

Extended Reflexology & Indian Head Massage with Nicole Geramita
Reflexology is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques . It is based on a pseudoscientific system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.
