Drawing from attachment theory and emotionally focused therapy (EFT), Katie
helps you explore the connections between your past experiences and present
relationships. Katie uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to uncover and
hold compassionate space for suppressed emotions that underlie protective
patterns. By validating your inner experience and clearing space to listen to your
inner guidance, you become more available to embrace the fullness of each
