AjouterI am a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and have been practicing in the field of mental health since 2016. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and complex PTSD, supporting them in moving through healing in a way that is steady, collaborative, and attuned to the nervous system.
Much of my work focuses on helping clients understand and work with the different parts of themselves that have developed in response to adversity — including protective patterns, attachment wounds, anxiety, and challenges with self-confidence and self-worth. I approach this work with deep respect for the adaptive intelligence of these parts and the pace required for lasting change.
My therapeutic style emphasizes safety, regulation, and self-compassion, creating a space where clients can process difficult experiences while building resilience, flexibility, and a stronger sense of internal coherence.
