Katrina graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and has been practicing as an RMT since 2023. Her multifaceted approach when working with patients includes passive and active massage therapy techniques, myofascial release, and strength and stretch home-care. Katrina prioritizes patient education and believes strongly in empowering her patients by helping them understand their bodies. Katrina welcomes patients from all walks of life and especially enjoys working with those who struggle with tension-related pain, who have functional or athletic goals, or who are focused on post-injury rehabilitation. Outside of work hours, Katrina spends her time cooking, hiking, swing dancing, reading, and spending quality time with loved ones.

90 Minute Massage Therapy Treatment

This 60-minute appointment offers a hybrid of traditional RMT massage techniques (including General Swedish massage, myofascial release, stretching, and muscle activation) and Craniosacral Therapy (CST). CST is a gentle therapy that uses as little pressure as 5 grams, or the weight of a nickel, to release tissue restrictions and promote healing in the body. Patients can expect to spend approximately half the treatment time receiving traditional massage, and the other half receiving craniosacral therapy.
