AjouterKeira holds a Master of Arts in Counseling
Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Social Work degree. She is a Registered Provisional Psychologist and is also registered with the Alberta College of Social Workers. Over the past several years she has worked in areas such as long-term and group care, crisis response, domestic and child abuse, and in school settings.
In the midst of challenges Keira offers to walk with her clients as a witness to their unique stories and an ally on their journeys. She strives to offer a safe space where clients feel seen, where they can grow in awareness and skill, and ultimately experience a sense of wholeness and healing.

Keira has an eclectic style, drawing from a variety of modalities such as narrative therapy, Gottman method, inner child work, somatic and mindfulness-based therapies. She is also trained in EMDR. She believes in building a strong therapeutic relationship and integrating the approaches that best suit her clients.
Keira enjoys working with all ages 7 and older, as well as with couples and families. Common areas she works in include: trauma, neurodiversity, relational and communication issues, mental health, self-esteem, spirituality, and grief and loss.
Keira is 2SLGBTQ+ affirming and available to residents of Alberta.

An education and counselling group for neurodivergent (ADHD & Autistic) young adults ages 18-24. This group runs on Wednesday evenings from September 10 to October 29. Registration is for all 8 sessions for a total price of $540.
