Kelsey takes an individualized approach, recognizing that every person’s injury, goals, and recovery process are unique. She combines targeted exercise, hands-on treatment, and education to help patients understand their condition, recover effectively, and return to the activities that matter most. She has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation. Kelsey earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta after completing her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria. Before joining Element Therapeutics, she worked as a physiotherapist in Squamish and Whistler. Growing up in Golden, she participated in gymnastics and figure skating, which sparked her interest in movement and rehabilitation. Outside the clinic, she enjoys skiing, climbing, hiking, and travelling the world with her husband.
