About Kelsey

Meet Kelsey, our certified Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) practitioner who knows firsthand what it takes to move, recover, and perform. She spent seven years working in nursing before shifting her focus to preventative care, studying Kinesiology at the University of Lethbridge, and building over 15 years of experience coaching fitness. She knows her way around both science and sweat. A former athlete who’s navigated chronic knee injuries, multiple surgeries, and now osteoarthritis, Kelsey discovered FST as a game-changing way to manage pain, improve mobility, and keep life moving. At Family Legacy Chiropractic, Kelsey brings equal parts expertise and empathy to every session, providing Fascial Stretch Therapy to help clients of all ages and activity levels move better.
