I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and a Certified Grief Educator. I have special interest working with those experiencing grief, burnout, anxiety, trauma and caregiver stress. I have a special interest in working with medical professionals such as physicians and nurses.

For EXISTING clients who have already booked an initial consultation. Full price pays-forward to those who require lower fees. Please consider paying the full price if you; work full-time or part-time by choice, have privileges based on race, gender identity, class background; travel recreationally; have access to spousal/partnership/family support at times of financial need; or have investments or retirement accounts.

For NEW clients. Meet with a student therapist to determine whether your counselling needs are a good fit for their therapeutic skills, and to see if you feel comfortable with the therapist.
