Throughout his path of healing, he discovered a profound desire to provide unwavering support to others who are navigating their own mental health struggles. In his practice, Kevin employs a diverse set of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. These approaches encompass somatic therapy, solution-focused techniques, CBT, DBT, and Narrative therapy. Above all, his mission is to create a safe and welcoming space for clients, where they are accepted just as they are. Beyond his professional life, Kevin finds immense fulfilment in a variety of activities. Whether it's embracing fitness, participating in team sports, running, cycling, hiking, or the art of cooking, he thrives in experiences that nourish his well-being. He treasures deep connections with friends and cherishes any opportunity to immerse himself in the wonders of the natural world. Kevin's educational journey led him to Rhodes Wellness College, where he obtained his Diploma in Professional Counseling. He holds the esteemed title of a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor through the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada.
