Kimberley helps clients heal by guiding them back to their most authentic and loving self. She emphasizes holistic healing, recognizing that mental health is deeply connected to physical, social, and spiritual well-being. She understands that psychological distress, behaviour patterns, and interpersonal conflict often stem from unhealed life events and unresolved trauma. Kimberley supports couples and adults with a wide range of mental-health concerns. She specializes in helping individuals recovering from complex and traumatic childhood and lifetime experiences, parents and families navigating high-conflict dynamics, and those managing performance stressors in athletics and professional environments. She also has advanced training for the treatment of psychosomatic symptoms and somatic dissociation including the recovery from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), concussions, accidents, injuries, and treatment-resistant or chronic illnesses. Kimberley tailors her approach to the unique needs of each client. Her work is grounded in attachment theory, the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), Transpersonal Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), polyvagal theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic approaches. She is honoured to walk alongside each client and is committed to creating a therapeutic environment that inspires curiosity, fosters safety, and encourages clients to reconnect with and trust their inner knowing. Kimberley warmly welcomes clients of all backgrounds and is LGBTQ2SIA+ affirming. As a certified CRM Therapist, Kimberley has advanced training in addressing the root causes of mental illness, psychosomatic illness and somatic dissociation, attachment trauma, dissociation, generational and ancestral trauma, disconnection from the Core Self, as well as TBI, injury, and concussion recovery.
