I have been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since graduating from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2011. With over a decade of clinical experience, I am passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live their lives more fully. I strive to assess each person as a whole and discover the root cause of their discomfort. Some of the modalities I use include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and Swedish relaxation. My approach to care is centred on listening and collaboration. I believe that when people feel heard and understood, meaningful healing can happen. I work closely with each client to understand their unique concerns and goals, creating treatment plans that support both immediate relief and long-term wellbeing. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and two sons, especially camping and cycling. I also love weight lifting, baking, crocheting, and getting lost in a good book.
