Her diverse clinical background allows her to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's unique needs. This 4-week small-group program is designed specifically for postpartum clients up to 12 months after birth (or until your child is walking). Each class focuses on core and pelvic floor strengthening, with additional exercises to improve posture, stability, and overall body confidence. We’ll address common postpartum concerns such as low back, hip, neck, and pelvic pain.
