Before becoming a Registered Psychotherapist I was a nurse for nearly fifteen years in the community. I bring a wealth of clinical knowledge and expertise to my practice. I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and have spent most of my career working with vulnerable populations, fostering a non-judgmental, empathetic approach that is person-centred. I will support your healing journey and offer a safe space to express yourself. My goal is to assist you in discovering and embracing the abilities that carried you through your most trying moments. I am dedicated to supporting you and utilizing an approach that best suits your needs.
