About Krista

Krista has been practicing chiropody in the Durham and Clarington regions since 2012. She previously worked at King Physiotherapy and Foot Clinic from 2013-2024, until opening Newcastle Foot Clinic and Orthotics in June 2024. She is an energetic and passionate Chiropodist with a strong focus on ensuring her patients receive quality foot care. Krista graduated from the Michener Institute with Distinction in 2012. Prior to that, she completed her undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences at the University of Northern Iowa where she received a scholarship to play Division 1 soccer for the UNI Panthers. She competed in the Missouri Valley Conference where she was consistently ranked as one of the top goalkeepers in the NCAA over her four-year career. These days, Krista lives in Whitby and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys hiking, playing sports, and baking.
