About Kristen
Hello! I’m Kristen and I am glad you are here. Life is full of transitions—some expected, others deeply challenging. Whether you’re facing relationship conflict, sexual concerns, personal growth, or a major life change, these moments often come with overwhelming emotions. You don’t have to navigate them alone.
I offer a warm, inclusive space for individuals and couples to explore their experiences with honesty and compassion. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, anti-oppressive, and sex-positive. I work with people facing a range of concerns, including self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, emotional regulation, religious or sexual trauma, and intimacy struggles.
I’m especially passionate about supporting those who feel stuck in familiar patterns but are ready for change. Together, we’ll explore your values, desires, and relationship dynamics to help you reconnect with what truly matters and create a path forward that aligns with who you are.
I work with clients from all walks of life, including LGBTQ2S+, and Ethical Non-Monogamy communities. I honor the diverse ways people experience intimacy, identity, and connection, and I strive to meet you with empathy, curiosity, and care—wherever you are in your journey.
Therapy is a courageous step. My goal is to hold space for you to feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
