Kristen grew up in Guelph, Ontario and is now happily raising her 2 children here in Cambridge with her husband Jeff. Spending most of her time at the dance studio while growing up, she still enjoys dancing and staying active with her family. This has inspired her to take courses geared towards pregnancy, children and injury rehabilitation due to sports and overuse syndromes. Kristen graduated from Sutherland-Chan and is a member of the RMTAO and CMTO.
