**Background:** Kristen graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2013 and embarked on her journey as a Registered Massage Therapist shortly after relocating to Vancouver Island the following year. With 16 years of experience as a competitive swimmer representing Canada on the global stage, Kristen's passion for sport performance, body awareness, and movement naturally led her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. **Treatment Style:** Her philosophy revolves around empowering individuals to deepen their understanding of their bodies, fostering a sense of safety and joy in the body they live in.
