Kristen is a 2020 graduate from OVCMT. Her goal as an RMT is to provide a space where you can take the time for your physical and mental health to become your priority. A treatment plan is made for each individual client with the goal being to help alleviate pain, injury or limitation in movement by using a variety of techniques specific to each clients needs. Whether it’s chronic pain management, recovery from injury, or correcting limitation in movement, Kristen sees the value in assessing and treating the body as a whole. She aims to provide treatment in a relaxing and stress free way to optimize how you live and move.
In her free time she enjoys the outdoorsy lifestyle the Okanagan has to offer and she is often camping, hiking, paddle boarding, and snowboarding.
