About Kristen
I’m Kristen, and I work with people who may feel disconnected from their emotions, stuck in cycles of depression or anxiety, or overwhelmed by the complexities of life and who they are becoming. Many of the clients I support live with chronic illness, chronic pain, or disability, and are navigating trauma, major life transitions, or patterns that no longer fit their lives. I aim to create a therapeutic space where you feel understood rather than analyzed, and supported without being rushed, pathologized, or labelled.
My approach is to attend to and be with the human experience in the room as I believe meaningful change happens when therapy is grounded in connection, curiosity, and trust. Sessions are paced intentionally, with space to slow down and notice what feels most pressing rather than forcing insight or solutions before they’re ready.
I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, supportive, and flexible. I pay close attention to what maybe underneath you are saying, I’m a gentle guide and I value warmth, connection and humour when appropriate, with honest reflection. I may gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you, always with respect for your pace, values, and lived experience.

Outside of therapy, Kristen enjoys connecting with friends, playing video games, and rewatching Fleabag more times than she can count, small rituals that help her reset and stay grounded.
