Kristi started her career path by gaining a Bachelor of Kinesiology at UFV and worked as a kinesiologist/trainer for 2 years. Kristi graduated from WCCMT in 2021.
Kristi believes in a team-based approach to therapy, with the client and therapist working together toward the same goal: optimal health. She is excited to continually grow and expand her knowledge as a therapist to provide you with the most individualized and effective session possible. She is currently certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Pregnancy Massage.
In her spare time, she loves exploring our beautiful province: hiking, biking, camping, climbing, and skiing!
