With more than twenty years of experience teaching, Kristie is well versed in many disciplines of the art and practice of yoga. She is very present and dedicated in providing a space where others can be fully themselves in their practice. Kristie brings her life experience from a place of authenticity to assist her students on their own journey and her attention to detail allows each student to strengthen their practice in a unique way.
Kristie is well studied in many disciplines including Katonah Yoga, Hatha, vinyassa & restorative yoga, Ayurveda, and Cranial Sacral therapy. Her teaching is deeply influenced by her mentor, Nevine Michaan, founder of Katonah Yoga.
Her classes are an embodied tapestry of breathwork, dynamic movement, meditative practices and rich dialogue.
