Kristina graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon in 2014.She started her career in Kelowna and has recently moved to Vancouver Island to be closer to her family to raise her daughter. Her love for helping people and fascination with anatomy and physiology, was what initially drew her to massage therapy. Through listening to the body and client goals, she is able to determine what needs to be worked on to get maximum benefit for her clients. She likes to create an individual treatment plan to help them achieve their specific health goals. Kristina focuses on getting to the root of the problem in her treatments. She is happy to be able to help her clients on the path to recovery and maintain optimal health. Kristina's treatment style includes; trigger point therapy, deep tissue and stretching to help reach her clients goals of optimal overall health and physical performance. Maternity massage, headaches, neck and shoulder pain are some common reasons people come to see Kristina. When not at work, her hobbies include; spending time with friends and family, travelling, hiking, camping and fishing.
