SaveKristy is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with 13 years of experience in guiding clients through various areas of healing and self-discovery. With an integrative and holistic approach, her mission is to help individuals and couples develop a deep sense of love, peace, and self-awareness while healing from past experiences that may be holding them back from living fully. Kristy focuses on helping clients build meaningful relationships with themselves and others, fostering empathy, understanding, and resolution.

In her work with adult individuals and couples Kristy collaborates with clients to transform perceived pains and traumas into strengths, facilitating a shift from feelings of being stuck, lost, or unworthy to a place of inspiration and empowerment, enabling them to achieve their goals. Kristy specializes working with clients who present with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, trauma and PTSD, identity and existential crisis, life transitions, low self-worth, struggles with body image, relationship concerns, and spiritual concerns. Kristy recognizes that everyone’s journey is unique, and she meets clients where they are, using tailored frameworks and therapeutic interventions to honor their individual experiences.
Kristy’s holistic and balanced approach considers the interconnectedness of past, present, and future, aiming to uncover the root causes of challenges in mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Kristy utilizes various therapeutic modalities, including Depth Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. This blend allows for a comprehensive exploration of both talk therapy and deeper inner work, helping clients uncover hidden answers to their most significant concerns.
Influenced by her own journey of deep healing and transformation, Kristy is dedicated to guiding clients toward a more fulfilling, empowered, and authentic life. Kristy is available for weekday phone, video and in person session at the Wholeness Psychology Centre Sherwood Park office.
