Jessie has practiced working alongside an integrative team over many years and treats a vast multitude of musculoskeletal conditions. We are grateful to have a practitioner with such a wealth of knowledge and practical experience. Jessie utilizes both light and deep tissue pressure in her wellness massages using trigger point release techniques to help restore muscular and nervous system balance to the body. Additionally, she has an herbal medicine and acupuncture background that weaves into your wellness massage treatments. Jessie and her family have been active members of our growing Sooke community for the last 10 years. She has two lovely daughters who she adores! They like to spend their time together at the Potholes, local parks, and the library. In her free time, Jessie enjoys reading, gardening, and cooking.
