Kyla graduated from Langara College in August 2022. Kyla works to create an inclusive and non-judgemental treatment environment, where the patient and massage therapist can work together to create an effective, collaborative treatment plan. Her approach to massage therapy is simple: she aims to alleviate stress and tension from the body and values meaningful connection with her patients. She recognizes that touch can be a powerful tool in alleviating pain and discomfort, and she values communication and consent as the foundations of treatment. She hopes to build a therapeutic alliance with her patients, where they feel safe and supported by their practitioner. Your RMT will review your symptoms, jaw movement, and any history of pain, clicking, or headaches. Treatment uses targeted soft tissue techniques to relieve pain and improve jaw mobility, with optional intraoral work (with consent).
