Kyra graduated from Trillium College in 2013, and has found her true calling in assisting others find their inner balance through connecting mind, body, and energy. Previously, as a trained chef, serving others gave her the base on which to build a mindful and sincere approach to feeding not just bellies, but minds. She has learned much about herself and others through her extra training as a Reiki Master, in Thai Massage, Joint Mobility, and Cervical Spine Soft Tissue Release courses, amongst many others. Kyra utilizes her education and her intuition developed from her 12+ years working in both clinical and sports therapy environments to determine what will benefit each specific client for each appointment.
