I grew up in a small town in Ontario where I enjoyed an active lifestyle playing hockey and any other sport that didn’t conflict with the season. Ultimately, it was when injuries left me sidelined that I discovered a passion for anatomy through my rehabilitation. With the combination of the care I received in treatment, the work I put in, and witnessing my body’s own innate ability to heal, I was inspired to change my career path entirely to support others on their journey to wellness. I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy where I was able to gain invaluable experience treating a variety of conditions across a diverse group of clients. I believe that movement is essential to maintaining optimal tissue health and function, and empower my clients to take an active role in their treatment. I’ve seen great benefits to incorporating movement during massage in conjunction with a blended approach of neuromuscular therapy, myofascial and trigger point work. As an RMT, my mission is to provide a customized treatment plan that supports clients on their unique wellness journey as they recover, maintain, and thrive while doing the activities they love most. Outside of work I enjoy getting outdoors and staying active with my family. As a lifelong learner, I look forward to continuing my education and strengthening my offerings within this practice.

*not billable to extended health benefits Hot stone massage involves using warm, smooth stones to provide deep heat therapy and relieve tense muscles. The stones are placed on specific points on the body and may also be used by the practitioner to apply pressure during the massage. The heat and weight of the stones help warm and relax the muscles, enabling the therapist to apply deeper pressure without causing discomfort.
