Lauren is in her 5th year of practice as a Registered Massage Therapist. She completed her training at Langara College. Prior to her RMT career, she earned her BSc Kinesiology degree at Simon Fraser University. Thereafter, she worked as a Kinesiologist teaching Exercise Rehab. She also worked as a Fitness Coach in group and individual settings. Lauren wants to meet each person where they are — from relaxation, relieving tension and supporting recovery. She approaches each person holistically and aims to provide an effective treatment.
