Hi there and welcome! My name is Lauren and I am a collaborative individual and couple therapist.
When distressing emotions arise, they can affect many aspects of life—personal, social, professional or academic. I believe in the strength and resilience that lies within each person. In therapy, we can build on those strengths, deepen awareness, develop effective coping strategies, work towards your goals, and create positive, lasting change.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and relational, integrating cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and emotion-focused therapies, along with practical tools that can be applied outside of therapy.
I work with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, relationship issues, self-esteem, and conflict within individual, couple, and family therapy contexts.
OFFICE HOURS - for online & in-person appointments at our Vaughan location:
• Mondays: 9 AM – 1 PM
• Tuesdays: 9 AM – 1 PM
• Thursdays: 9 AM – 1 PM
• Fridays: 10 AM – 2 PM
