She owned a dance studio in the heart of downtown Victoria for 7 years. In the time she taught and performed many styles of dance and Aerial art. She takes special interest in deep tissues, myofascial work, neurological disorders varying from impingements to MS and Parkinson's. Lauren has been working in the field for over a decade and looks forward to helping you find relief and comfort.

During your first appointment, the hands-on portion of the massage will likely be closer to 45-50 minutes. This allows the RMT time to review your health history, assess your areas of concern, develop a treatment plan, obtain your consent, and allow time for reassessment and homecare recommendations at the end of the session.
A soothing hot wax application for hands or feet to warm and relax the intrinsic muscles and joints and soften the skin, done during a one hour massage.
