Lauryn has always called Vancouver Island home and graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. She was drawn to the practice of massage therapy out of a passion for expanding her knowledge from over two decades of yoga therapy trainings and an innate desire to help others. Considering herself a life-long learner, she is a strong advocate for patient education and awareness; she believes seeking wellness is a journey that carries us throughout our lifetime. She uses a trauma informed and evidence-based approach, aiming to provide a calm and grounding environment during treatment. A variety of styles and techniques are included and adapted; deep tissue massage, myofascial release, breathing techniques and stretching. Lauryn enjoys treating a variety of conditions focused on nervous system regulation, headaches and migraines, injury rehabilitation, stress and emotional well-being, mobility improvements and more. In her spare time, you can find her practicing yoga, exploring beaches and hiking nearby mountain trails with her rescue dog, Joey. She looks forward to welcoming you into her practice!
