Chris’s treatments are not like a typical massage — there are no sheets, oils, or lotions, and you’ll often remain partially or fully clothed. His approach is highly treatment-focused, centered around Integrated Fascial Techniques (IFT), including Myofascial, Visceral, and Cranial Sacral methods, which require moving on and off the table while he tests and re-tests to identify the root cause of dysfunction. This specialized style is designed to address acute and chronic injuries, musculoskeletal dysfunction, digestive concerns, women’s health needs, post-concussion syndrome, and more. If you’re seeking a results-driven approach that goes beyond traditional massage, this may be the right fit for you.

Lymphatic Massage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage the natural drainage of lymph fluid throughout the body. Using light, precise, and repetitive strokes, this treatment helps reduce swelling, improve circulation, support immune system function, and assist the body’s natural healing and detoxification processes. Lymphatic Massage is often beneficial for: - Post-surgical swelling and recovery - Post-injury swelling and inflammation - General detoxification and fluid retention - Mild circulation concerns - Immune system support Treatments are a minimum of 60 minutes, as longer sessions are typically more effective for targeted swelling, recovery, and specific conditions. Please note: Oncology care and Lymphedema treatment (including damaged lymphatic systems or removed lymph nodes) are not currently offered until our practitioner completes certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
