Leena is passionate about working with individuals to create exercise-focused programs that can help them recover from injury, better their movements, and foster long-term resiliency. She believes education and empathy are integral to empowering clients to feel more confident in their bodies and help them achieve their goals.

Leena received her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. During her time at UBC, she gained experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation as an Athletic Trainer with UBC Athletics, where she won five national titles with the Women's Volleyball, Field Hockey, and Golf varsity teams. Leena continues her education as a third-year student working towards her Diploma of Osteopathy Manual Practice at the Canadian School of Osteopathy.
In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball and ultimate frisbee, trying new recipes, and deep diving into niche topics."
