About Lesley
Hi, I’m Lesley! As a neurodiversity-affirming, queer therapist, I support teens, adults,
couples, and parents in building greater self-compassion, authenticity, and connection.
I work with teens, particularly those who are neurodivergent or identify as LGBTQIA+,
as they figure out who they are, learn to navigate emotional intensity or anxiety, and
develop skills to create the life they want to live.
With couples, I practice Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), helping
partners better understand negative cycles, strengthen communication, and rebuild
emotional connection.
I’m also passionate about supporting individuals and families through the perinatal
period, including fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum anxiety, identity shifts, and
relationship changes. I bring specialized perinatal mental health training and lived
experience as both a gestational and non-gestational parent to this work.
In session, we can work toward your goals using DBT, EFIT, IFS, psychodynamic, or
mindfulness-based methods (or a combination!). Regardless of the technique, my
approach is always trans-affirming, accepting of all neurotypes, and rooted in authentic
connection.
