Lexi graduated from CDI College in South Surrey in 2017 and has a passion for health and wellness. Through her schooling, she discovered her love of anatomy and desire to help people feel their best. Lexi was a competitive dancer for 12 years and it provided her with an interest in injuries and the healing process. She utilizes her dance background and massage training to integrate a well rounded approach to therapy and recovery. Lexi strives to work together with her clients, to discover the root cause of pain and discomfort. She uses her training in techniques such as myofascial release, active and passive stretching, trigger point release, postural awareness and joint mobilizations to address each clients individual needs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing games, watching movies and sitting around a campfire roasting marshmallows.
