Sports Massage is a focused, hands-on treatment designed to support recovery, mobility, and performance. Sessions target specific muscle groups affected by training or activity. Ideal for active clients looking for a performance-oriented approach to soft-tissue work. This treatment is performed using a clothes-on approach. Clients are encouraged to wear comfortable athletic attire such as shorts and a sports bra (or similar activewear) to allow for effective assessment and treatment of movement and muscle function.
Designed for active individuals, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts looking to optimize performance, recover faster, and stay injury-free. Whether you're training for a HYROX event, CrossFit competition, running, cycling, powerlifting meet, team sport, or simply maintaining an active lifestyle, this treatment focuses on the demands placed on your body by training and competition. Treatment may include targeted soft tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, mobility-focused techniques, and recovery strategies to help reduce muscle tension, improve movement, enhance recovery, and support peak performance. Note, this is not a "relaxation" massage. Please wear activewear that allows easy access to the treatment area, such as shorts, a T-shirt, tank top, or sports bra, depending on the area being treated.

This is an active, treatment-focused massage session rather than a relaxation massage. Treatment may include targeted soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, mobility-focused techniques, and movement assessment to reduce pain, restore movement, and support long-term recovery. Please wear activewear that allows easy access to the treatment area and freedom of movement during your session, such as shorts, a T-shirt, tank top, or sports bra, depending on the area being treated. You should expect to remain clothed throughout the session.
