Libardo earned his degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Universidad de Los Andes in Mérida, Venezuela, and holds a Master's Degree in Management of Health Institutions from the Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira, Venezuela. He has further advanced his expertise through a Diploma in Clinical Nutrition from the IIEDNUT Institute in Lima, Peru, and a Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee in Lausanne, Switzerland. His combination of clinical and sports nutrition training allows him to provide evidence-based nutrition care for a wide range of health goals and medical conditions. Throughout his career, Libardo has worked in both public and private hospitals, as well as hemodialysis units, providing comprehensive nutrition care to patients with complex medical needs. He also served as Clinical Nutrition Lead and Nutrition Manager for the Food and Nutrition Department at Hospital IVSS in San Cristóbal, Venezuela, where he led clinical nutrition services and collaborated with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. In addition to providing care in English, Libardo is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to support and educate Spanish-speaking individuals and families in their preferred language.
